Account Deletion

You can delete your HebrewGlot account and all associated data at any time.
1. Delete in the app
Your account and data are deleted immediately, on every device and on the website.
- Open the HebrewGlot Android app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm with “Delete forever”.
2. Delete without the app
Email hebrewglot@gmail.com from the address your account is registered with, subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
3. What is deleted
- Profile: name, email, photo, Google sign-in link.
- Progress: lessons, XP, streak, vocabulary and flashcards, trainer results, quests and achievements.
- Push notification tokens and mailing-list subscriptions.
4. What may be kept longer
Payment records are kept by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our subscriptions, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. An active renewing subscription must be cancelled before the account is deleted — the app will ask you to do that first.
