Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to HebrewGlot and use of its free and paid features.
1. Service and operator
HebrewGlot is a digital educational service operated by an individual seller based in Israel. βHebrewGlotβ is the service and brand name, not the name of a registered company.

2. Acceptance of these terms
By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Purchases may only be made by an adult, or by a person acting with the consent of a legal guardian and with authority to enter into the agreement.
3. Educational service
HebrewGlot provides lessons, trainers, a dictionary, audio materials, and other tools for learning Hebrew. The service supports learning but does not guarantee a particular language level, exam result, employment outcome, or other individual result.
4. User accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
- You may not transfer an account, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.
- We may restrict access in cases of abuse, fraud, attacks on the service, or material violation of these Terms.
5. Free and paid access
Some features are free and may be limited. The paid features, price, and subscription period are shown on the pricing page before purchase.
Prices may be presented according to currency and tax rules applied by the payment provider. Price changes apply only as described at purchase or in a renewal notice.
6. Payment, renewal, and cancellation
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and the authorized reseller of the digital product. Paddle handles checkout, applicable tax calculation and collection, receipts, payment support, refunds, and chargeback processes.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the management link in a Paddle email, a billing page, or Paddle support. Cancellation prevents future renewals; unless the law or an approved refund requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Refunds
Refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Because Paddle processes payments, a refund request may need to be submitted through the receipt, purchase management page, or Paddle support.
8. Intellectual property
HebrewGlot materials, including text, exercises, course structure, software, design, and branding, are protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Copying, reselling, bulk extraction, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or updates.
To the extent permitted by law, HebrewGlot is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made solely on the basis of educational materials. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published on this page with a new updated date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where the customer lives.
