4. Legal bases
Depending on the law that applies, we process data to perform our contract with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and based on consent where consent is required.
5. Data sharing
We share data only as needed to run the service with providers of hosting, databases, analytics, email infrastructure, and technical support.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases and independently processes payment and transaction data under its own privacy policy. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, user safety, or the protection of legal rights.
Providers may be located outside your country. Where applicable, legally recognized safeguards are used for international transfers.

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and protected data transmission. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, processing restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for future processing where processing is based on consent.
Send requests to hebrewglot@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children
HebrewGlot is not intended for independent purchase by minors. Where a child uses the service, the account and purchase should be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child submitted data without required consent.
