Refund Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Policy explains subscription cancellation and refunds for HebrewGlot purchases.
1. Who processes payments
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for HebrewGlot purchases. Paddle handles payments, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes.
2. 14-day withdrawal rights
Where applicable law or Paddle's rules grant a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital content or service purchase, that right remains fully available. For consumers in Israel, Paddle states that a 14-day withdrawal right applies to some digital content and service contracts.
To exercise an applicable right, submit the request no later than 14 days after the transaction date. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over this Policy.
3. Case-by-case review
Where a mandatory refund right does not apply, a request submitted within 14 days may be reviewed by Paddle and HebrewGlot on a case-by-case basis. Relevant factors may include the reason, nature of the product, amount of use, technical issues, and evidence of abuse.
The result may be a full refund, partial refund, or a reasoned refusal. Submitting a request does not guarantee a discretionary refund where a refund is not required by law.
4. Incorrect charges and technical issues
For a duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, material mismatch with the product description, or a persistent technical issue that prevents use of paid features, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to resolve the issue and help provide relevant information to Paddle.
5. How to request a refund
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle email.
- Alternatively, visit paddle.net and choose Request refund.
- For product issues, email hebrewglot@gmail.com with the purchase email, date, plan, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment card details.
6. Timing and effect of a refund
Paddle returns an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and bank.
After a full refund, access to the related paid product ends. For a partial refund, Paddle and HebrewGlot will explain any effect on access.
7. Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription prevents future automatic charges but does not itself create an automatic right to refund a paid period. Unless a refund is approved or the law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid period.
8. Policy updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the service, Paddle rules, or law. Mandatory rights and the terms in effect at the relevant time apply to each transaction.
